Construction Management

A full operations portal built for a general contractor. RFIs, submittals, change orders, a critical path scheduler, drawings with takeoff, estimate and budget accounting, and separate portals for clients and vendors. Every job gets its own email inbox. Superintendents fill out daily reports by talking to the built-in assistant, which asks about whatever they left out.
Spare Space Sports

A landscaping and turf company wanted to turn what they do into a repeatable product. Together we invented Spare Space Sports: fixed-price kits that turn the ugly side yard, the weed patch, or the dead strip of lawn into a mini soccer pitch, putting green, or batting cage for the kids, the family, and the neighbors. Send a photo, see the kit rendered in your yard, and it is installed in a day.
